Product Owner

Sphera is a leading global provider of enterprise software and services that enables companies to manage and optimize their environmental, health, safety and sustainability. We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive delivery of a greenfield initiative focused on building a best-in-class Cloud experience for our customers.

Requirements

• Own and manage the product backlog
• Translate high-level product vision and requirements into detailed user stories
• Work closely with Engineering teams to plan, refine, and deliver high-quality product increments
• Support the migration from desktop to Cloud
• Collaborate on embedding AI capabilities into the product
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical designs
• Monitor delivery progress, identify risks or blockers, and drive resolution
• Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously refine product requirements
• Ensure a strong focus on quality, usability, and customer value throughout the development lifecycle
