Senior Software Engineer

Sphera is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its team and accelerate the development of its next-generation Compliance Engine for EH&S solution. The candidate will contribute to the development of an integrated pre-packaged product compliance suite for SAP EH&S, writing and maintaining comprehensive unit tests and collaborating with QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.

Requirements

• Contribute to the development of the next-generation Compliance Engine for EH&S solution
• Write and maintain comprehensive unit tests and integration tests
• Collaborate with QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Collaborate with technical writers to ensure product changes, regulatory updates, and new features are accurately documented
• Collaborate with product owners and domain expert to understand business requirements for user story creation and refinement
• Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing best practices and promoting continuous learning
