Coordinator, Marketing

The Marketing Coordinator will support Sphere Experiences' consumer marketing efforts, working closely with cross-functional departments to facilitate campaign execution and project management. Responsibilities include managing asset creation, approvals, and deadlines, as well as overseeing billing and expense tracking. Experience with email campaigns and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.

Requirements

• 2+ years of digital marketing experience with an event, hospitality, or entertainment brand
• Minimum intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Highly collaborative self-starter with flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple projects
