Job Description
The Manager, Studios Finance will support the Studios Finance team by driving financial analysis, reporting, and planning across key studio functions. The role will focus on actuals reporting, budgeting/forecasting, and labor analytics to deliver clear, actionable insights to support studio operations and production activities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or related field, MBA a plus.
- 4–6 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or financial analysis required.
- Experience supporting production, studio operations, media/entertainment environments preferred.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with ERP and financial planning systems (Oracle, Hyperion, or similar) preferred.
