Requirements

• Training, support, and backup of customer services
• Master scheduling
• Material planning
• Planning coordination
• Long-term planning
• Developing and summarizing department policy
• Developing, reviewing, and summarizing biannual performance appraisals and goals & objectives
• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in customer services, master scheduling, material planning, planning coordination, long-term planning, and supervision
• Analytical ability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient MS Office Skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Release Accounting & MAPICS experience
• Strong project management skills
