Spherion is seeking a Sales Manager to implement sales strategies, maintain and build client base, and analyze competitor sales tactics.
Requirements
- Past work in any of the following industries - Engineering, Testing, Evaluation Services, Quality Assurance or Laboratory.
- Experience in managing complex business relationships.
- Ability to gain a strong understanding of the company operations in order to exceed customer needs and expectations.
- Develop oral and written communications such as performance reviews, presentations, employee training and leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect.
- Availability, flexibility and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events in the community.
- Travel which may include overnight.
