Finance Internship

The primary role of the Finance/Sales Operations Intern is to support Spherix’s Finance and Sales teams in applying AI tools to streamline and automate recurring financial and sales reporting.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
• Completed coursework in financial accounting, managerial accounting, corporate finance, or related disciplines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with financial formulas, data organization, and basic analysis.
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to clearly document processes and instructions.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a defined project from initiation through delivery within a summer timeline.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and approaches tasks proactively.
• Curiosity and genuine interest in applying AI to real-world finance and business problems.
• Ability to own a project end-to-end with strong organizational discipline.
