The Customer Onboarding Specialist will work closely with the sales team to provide technical solutions to customers and lead the execution of onboarding processes for enterprise cybersecurity clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years in cybersecurity, SecOps, threat intelligence, technical consulting, or related fields
- Strong project management skills (PMP, CSM, or experience running technical implementations)
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity platforms
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills and aptitude for understanding customer needs
