Procurement Officer

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Officer with a background in mining, oil & gas, water or infrastructure projects. This project-based role will support corporate and project teams.

Requirements

• Minimum Cert IV in Purchasing or related experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar procurement role on mining, oil & gas, water or infrastructure projects.
• Practical experience using an ERP system (preferably Si Compta or similar).
• High level of English language skills (written and verbal).
• High level of computer literacy, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Financial and negotiating skills; comfortable working to budgets and forecasts.
• Effective communication and strong relationship-building skills; able to influence and support multiple stakeholders.
• Positive, resilient and improvement-focused with strong planning and organising skills.
