Site Based Commercial Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the commercial, contractual, and financial performance of our projects on major construction/infrastructure projects in Australia.

Requirements

• Experience in contract administration and cost control on major construction/infrastructure projects
• Background as a Commercial Manager, Senior Contract Administrator, or Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of contractual frameworks, claims, and change management
• Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
