Job Description
We are looking for a Demand Planner to join our team at Spin Master. The successful candidate will be responsible for forecasting activities associated with customers and products, creating and maintaining forecast information, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. As a key member of our Demand Planning team, you will play a lead role in the monthly demand agreement process and work closely with Supply Planning and deployment to transfer/translate consensus forecasts for operational purposes.
Requirements
- Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Finance or related field is an advantage.
- Consumer products forecasting and/or supply chain operations experience.
- Experience in and/or exposure to S&OP processes and procedures, customer planning and/or supply planning.
- Experience with any forecasting application or supply planning software and/or SAP, APO, IBP.
- Strong analytical skills and statistical knowledge.
- Demonstrated communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, SAP and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English written and spoken, any additional language would be an asset.
