Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- 4+ years of professional work experience
- Organization Skills: Microsoft notes, email, Teams, and Smartsheet
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Smartsheet
- Ability to work flexible schedules (weekends and daily overtime)
- Broad understanding of web browser usage
- Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft tools
- Ability to estimate project time
- Ability to take direction from multiple product team leads
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
