Lead, Customer & Business Communications

Spire is seeking a Lead, Customer and Business Communications for its Tennessee region in Nashville. The role will be part of the team that ensures a seamless transition for Nashville-area customers. Responsibilities include producing and implementing customer communications, supporting external marketing initiatives, and providing front-line support for local media and public relations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, journalism, or related field
• Accomplished communications professional with at least ten years of professional work experience in a variety of communications areas
• Customer communications experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital technologies and social media tools
