Requirements

• Must provide and ensure exceptional hospitality experiences are delivered to the guest
• Assist guests with their luggage, valeting guest cars, delivering packages, and giving guests an orientation to the resort and local activities
• Deliver/pick-up luggage to and from guest rooms
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and attitude at all times
• Keep an accurate log of all guest/owner packages
• Monitor daily activities and itineraries of guests
• Stay abreast of all community activities
• Flexible schedule includes evening shifts, night shifts, holidays, and weekends
