Job Description
Join the team at The Grove Resort & Water Park Orlando, where every day is an adventure! As a Recreation Attendant, you will oversee all functions of the Recreation Department, including the Activities Center, daily events, Pool Attendants, Lifeguards, Lake Austin Pier, and Water Park.
Requirements
- Monitor Guests in recreational areas and provide constant surveillance of pool areas to ensure Guest safety.
- Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness.
- Act as a first responder to emergency situations that occur in the Recreational Areas.
- Enforce policies, rules and regulations of the Recreation locations.
- Clear Waterpark and Pool area of used towels, lifejackets, and trash.
- Maintain and exchange used and clean towel bins.
- Proactively address Guest needs by answering questions, giving directions and other information about the resort or surrounding areas.
- Maintain overall upkeep of all cabanas.
