Requirements
- Deliver exceptional customer service by setting a positive example, promptly addressing guest requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure overall satisfaction
- Foster strong working relationships within Food & Beverage and other hotel departments
- Move throughout facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met
- Evaluate cost effectiveness of all aspects of operation. Develop and implement cost saving and profit enhancing measures
- Interview, hire, and train in the procedures and techniques of Food & Beverage for the efficient operation of the restaurant
- Ensure proper cleanliness, use, repair of all F&B equipment and closet/storage areas
