Job Description
We are seeking a Front Desk Specialist to join our team. Responsibilities include greeting and registering patients, collecting and entering insurance referrals, and performing other duties as requested. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one to three years of experience as registrar or similar function
- Medical Specialist office experience preferred
- Ability to use computerized systems
- Detail-oriented and accurate
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of different insurance carriers and plan types is a plus
