Spire Orthopedic Partners is a growing national partnership of orthopedic practices that provides support and resources for physicians to grow thriving practices. As a Surgical Scheduler, you will help support the surgical scheduling department by creating an effortless patient experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree or higher is preferred)
• Minimum one-year experience in surgery or procedure scheduling in a medical practice
• Ability to use computerized systems and experience with Electronic Medical Records systems
• Ability to work well under pressure and use sound judgment consistently
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Highly organized and comfortable providing excellent internal and external customer service
