Drive Growth. Elevate Engagement. Power Digital Performance. We're seeking a Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Specialist to join our team in Houston, TX to fuel our digital presence through integrated campaigns, multimedia content, paid media, and marketing automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations
- Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO, retargeting, and digital analytics
- Demonstrated ability to create effective written, visual, and video content
- Proficiency in Salesforce, WordPress, Google Analytics, Adobe Creative Cloud, and related tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into strategies
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and roles
- Continuous improvement mindset and strong customer focus
