Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1–3 years of liquid measurement experience
- Ability to maintain a DOT Certification and/or unrestricted CDL-A License as required
- Good standing with OQSG qualifications CT039, CT271, and CT60
- Ability to maintain required state measurement certifications and qualifications
- Working knowledge of flow computer configuration software and field instrumentation
- Proficiency in all Liquid Measurement Technician I tasks and SPL-defined Skillsets (1 Primary Task, 1 Ancillary Skill, 2 Added-Value Skills)
- Advanced knowledge of AGA, GPA, API, BLM, and state regulatory requirements related to liquid measurement
