Lead Server

We are seeking an enthusiastic, service-driven Lead Server to join our exceptional dining team at Splendido. This role is perfect for hospitality professionals who excel in creating memorable dining experiences while maintaining the high standards of our luxury senior living community.

Requirements

• Assists restaurant management and oversees dining staff and operations to ensure that standards are being met and resident satisfaction is achieved.
• Assures accuracy of food orders and serves food and beverages in a safe, sanitary, and timely manner.
• Maintains a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Performs server duties, including greeting tables, taking and placing accurate orders to the kitchen, suggesting food and beverage offerings, and closing checks in a timely manner.
