Job Description
Splintek is a fast-growing healthcare product manufacturer seeking a Shipping & Assembly Manager to oversee staffing and task performance in the Shipping Department. The role involves ensuring accurate tracking, shipping, and efficient warehouse operations, adhering to GMP and quality standards, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position requires a detail-oriented individual comfortable with a fast-paced, noisy environment.
Requirements
- Coordinate with upper management and Human Resources for staffing and training.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, warehousing, material handling, and logistics requirements.
- Maintain performance results through coaching and supervision.
- Verify inventory and ensure FIFO inventory flow.
- Resolve discrepancies and ensure product specifications are met.
- Prioritize customer orders and communicate with other departments.
