Job Description
Spokane Health and Rehab of Cascadia is seeking a Full-Time LPN to provide routine care, assist doctors and nurses, and communicate with patients. The position involves supervising and delegating tasks, evaluating resident health, and maintaining medical records. A $6,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time work.
Requirements
- Current Practical Nursing License
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members
- Six months experience in a long-term care environment (preferred)
- Ability to coordinate care activities and communicate changes to team members and family
