Junior Compensation Analyst (Healthcare) | Work from Home

Join our team as a Junior Compensation Analyst to work in the Commissions Department, processing commissions across various lines of business. Our client is a leading full-service general agency providing employee benefit programs and services to the insurance brokerage community.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Mathematics or Data Science
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong technical skills in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and IF formulas
• Familiarity with running, recording, and/or writing Excel macros
• Highly motivated with curiosity and resourcefulness to solve problems
• Diligent with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and business writing skills
• Strong analytical skills with ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Knowledge of the healthcare, life insurance, or energy industries is a plus
