Media Planning Supervisor

The Media Planning Supervisor is responsible for driving strong local business results by planning, analyzing, and activating regional media and Grand Opening media. The role involves media planning, buying, strategy, and agency partnerships with a mix of experience dealing with franchise models and evolving media landscape and measurement opportunities.

Requirements

• 6+ years in media planning with deep experience in local/regional media at an agency or brand side
• Proven experience planning and executing Grand Opening media
• Strong agency leadership
• Strong understanding of local channels (paid social, search, OOH, audio, local video, direct mail)
• Advanced ability to analyze performance and optimize plans
• Experience influencing franchisees, operators, and cross-functional leaders
• Budget management overseeing media budgets, billing and communicating internally with finance teams
• Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication, project management capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Understanding of media attribution models (e.g., media mix models, incremental lift) to measure asset performance
• Bachelor’s degree required
