SENIOR COORDINATOR, EXPERIENTIAL

SPORTFIVE is seeking a proactive and detail-driven professional to join our Experiential and Production team as a Senior Coordinator. The ideal candidate has hands-on production experience, excellent organizational skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.

Requirements

• Plan, produce and execute experiential activations, hospitality programs, and live events
• Manage select workstreams independently and support senior team members on larger programs
• Develop timelines, production schedules, budgets, and vendor trackers
• Build and maintain relationships with venues, vendors, and suppliers
• Create professional client deliverables including decks, budgets, run-of-shows, and post-event recaps
• Contribute to RFP responses, creative brainstorms, and proposal development
• Own invoicing, purchase orders, and job reconciliations
• Maintain inventory and oversee shipping logistics for event materials
