Front Desk Attendant

To oversee front desk and assist members and prospects on the phone and in person, ensuring a 5 Star member experience at SPORTIME clubs.

Requirements

• Establish and maintain 5 star rapports with all members and guests
• Competency in all functions of APTUS
• Telephone message competence
• Responsibility to follow closing procedures
• Maintain neat and well-stocked work area
• Assist with courtesy calls and balance due
• Schedule court reservations, private lessons
• Develop and maintain cooperative work relationships
