Job Description
The Maintenance Assistant will perform janitorial and maintenance tasks, daily cleaning and maintaining of tennis courts, and outdoor maintenance of the grounds and surrounding area.
Requirements
- Valid NYS Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Knowledge of maintaining hard and clay tennis courts
- Basic knowledge of Electrical and Plumbing
- Basic knowledge of carpentry, painting, construction and mechanical issues
- Knowledge of basic principles for providing customer service
