The Socialite - Sports & Social Cary is a part-time position that involves engaging guests, promoting events, and creating a social atmosphere. The ideal candidate is outgoing, hospitable, and knowledgeable about sports, current events, and social trends.

Requirements

• Use personality and wit to engage guests and build a loyal following
• Maintain professional appearance standards
• Promote upcoming specials and events
• Participate in off-site activations with local sports and community partners
• Partner with promotions manager to support data collection and sales building programs
• Organize and lead trivia nights, pub quizzes, and bar games
• Organize and lead fun photo opportunities and social media contests
• Write and develop new cheers and phrases for branded signage
• Demonstrate superior knowledge of the Sports & Social brand and the entire Live! Hospitality & Entertainment estate
• Possess in-depth knowledge of Sports & Social's food and beverage menu
• Serve all alcoholic beverages in accordance with state regulations
• Follow company procedures when providing bottle service
• Accurately enter all drink orders into the POS system
• Follow supervisor's instructions and work as part of a team
