Hosts duties include answering phones, taking messages, and assisting with reservations. Sportsbook writer duties include accurately processing cash transactions and maintaining a till. Requirements include a year of customer service experience and ability to communicate effectively.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in customer service, hosting, or a similar role.
• Must be fluent in English; additional languages are preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and understanding betting information.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid license as required by the District of Columbia Office of Lottery and Gaming.
