Boat Loader

Sportsman Boats is looking for a Boat Loader to load finished boats onto tractor trailers for delivery. Responsibilities include safely loading and strapping boats, keeping the loading dock clean, and assisting team members in shrink wrapping boats.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to operate an overhead crane or hoist
• Proficient in backing up trucks and trailers
• Experience with basic hand and air tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail oriented, proactive and able to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision
• Possess a positive work attitude and adhere to safety and quality requirements
• Ability to work in fast-paced, ever changing environment while wearing all required PPE
