Powder Coat Technician

We are looking for a Powdercoat Technician with experience in powder coating, chemical treatment, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.

Requirements

• Mid level knowledge of the powder coat process
• Ability to follow paint flow
• Powder coating experience of 1-5 years
• Ability to work with color changes between white and black
• Physical ability to kneel, bend, squat, stoop, climb ladder, stretch, and lift for 8-10 hours a day
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• Sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure to meet production rate
