Job Description
You'll join Spotify's Legal Licensing and Business Development team to support partnerships that bring Spotify to listeners worldwide, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and providing legal guidance on complex deal structures and regulatory considerations.
Requirements
- Law degree from an accredited university and qualified to practice law in the UK or Sweden
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal team
- Experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, particularly in technology, media, AI, or IP-focused environments
- Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively
- Practical, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making
