Job Description
Spotify's Legal team is growing and facing innovative challenges. As Legal Counsel, Platform Liability & Enforcement, you will help supervise Spotify's legal takedown practices and policies, provide legal support, and work directly to resolve claims related to these policies.
Requirements
- Law degree (or equivalent)
- 5+ years of experience working in a law firm and/or in-house legal department
- Deep understanding of intermediary liability frameworks
- Proven expertise in copyright law and other content-related legal issues
- Experience assessing and advising on a broad set of legal standards
- Experience partnering with global stakeholders
