Manager, U.S. Publishing Licensing

The Music Mission team at Spotify is looking for a Manager to lead the U.S. Publishing Licensing team, which is responsible for shaping the commercial and statutory frameworks that power Spotify's music offering in the United States. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in music publishing and digital licensing, a deep understanding of U.S. mechanical licensing, and strong analytical skills.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in music publishing and digital licensing
• Deep understanding of U.S. mechanical licensing, including Section 115 and the statutory licensing landscape
• Strong analytical skills and ability to evaluate deal economics with rigor and sound commercial judgment
