Job Description
We're seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to ensure accurate and timely payments for every team member across North America. This role focuses on payroll processing, tax reporting, and process improvement, requiring collaboration with HR, Finance, and vendors. The ideal candidate will be analytical, problem-solving, and driven by automation.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant payroll experience
- Knowledgeable in payroll tax compliance and multi-state payroll processes
- Proficient in Workday and ADP SmartCompliance
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
