Senior Editor - North America Editorial

You'll join Spotify's Editorial team to work on the Fresh Finds program, focusing on surfacing new talent and shaping music discovery. This role involves collaborating with various teams to grow the program and ensure it champions emerging artists.

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in music, ideally in an audience-focused role
• Passionate about new music and developing artists
• Knowledgeable about current and past music trends
• Experience creating and developing consumer strategy
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Deep understanding of Spotify and our Editorial team
• Good communicator/team player who can easily work cross-functionally
• Ability to comprehend and productively respond to analytics
• Ability to travel when needed
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
