Job Description
Join the Personalization team at Spotify to lead the Agent Platform and power conversational experiences across the platform. The role involves defining and driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Agent Platform, building a unified platform that supports features like AI DJ, Search, and partner integrations, and working closely with internal engineering teams to understand their needs and improve how they build and scale agent-based experiences.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience
- Experience working with AI or machine learning products
- Experience working across teams and aligning stakeholders in complex, evolving environments
- Experience with evaluation systems, agent frameworks, or similar technologies
