Job Description
The Head of Dealing will own the end-to-end dealing function for institutional-style flow, including pricing governance, execution quality, and real-time exposure control.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years in FX/CFD dealing, trading operations, liquidity/risk, or institutional execution roles
- Strong FIX expertise
- Understanding of institutional / HFT-adjacent flow and best practices for safeguarding execution quality and profitability
- Deep understanding of market microstructure and execution risk
- Strong command of risk controls and margin methodologies for leveraged products
