Job Description
Senior Legal Counsel (Regulatory & Fintech) will handle and monitor legal and regulatory workstreams, provide guidance on risk exposure, review contractual agreements, and support regulatory readiness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law or International Law
- 7+ years of post-qualification legal experience
- Strong expertise in corporate law, regulatory compliance, licensing, and contract drafting
- Proven experience interacting with financial regulators, banks, and payment providers
- Highly disciplined professional with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
