Job Description
Prospect for new customers, research target markets, and build lists of opportunities. Collaborate with Customer Service to ensure shipments and service are right. Assist with quotes, pricing requests, and order details.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Packaging, or similar)
- 1-3 years in sales, business development, or customer service
- Packaging or manufacturing background is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
- Willing to prospect and cold call
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- CRM experience is a plus
