Field Clinical Specialist

The Field Clinical Specialist assists the Sales team by providing technical, clinical and educational/training support, and serves as the primary resource for clinical support in the areas of patient selection, basic troubleshooting, device utilization, and patient follow-up for company products.

Requirements

• College degree preferred in a clinical or related field.
• Must have experience working with patients preferably in a clinical environment.
• Prefer 3-5 years of related clinical support experience.
• Proven record of achievement in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• High level of professionalism.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record and active vehicle insurance policy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including both written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accept feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement.
• Must be flexible for work outside of normal business hours.
