The Fill Room Operator is responsible for overseeing the operation of filling equipment in the Fill Room area during production, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. This role involves quality checks, batch ticket adherence, equipment adjustments, and completing documentation. They contribute to the efficient operation and proper maintenance of the filling equipment.
Requirements
- Conduct quality checks (weight and crimp width/depth)
- Read and follow batch tickets and spec sheets
- Verify concentrate against batch tickets
- In-process adjustment to filler machine
- Line change over
- Keep work area clean and orderly
