Process Improvement Engineer

This position is responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall operational performance. The Process Improvement Engineer identifies inefficiencies in organizational systems and develops data-driven solutions to streamline operations.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, process engineering or mechanical engineering required.
• Three to Five years' experience in process improvement or manufacturing engineering required.
• Demonstrated ability to apply Lean methodologies to drive process improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification strongly preferred
• Experience in a Chemical Plant preferred
• A thorough understanding of the latest process enhancement strategies.
