Adult Day Program Facilitator

Spread Your Wings is seeking dedicated and compassionate staff members to work with individuals with developmental disabilities in the Orange County area. We offer on-the-job RBT training and provide person-centered support to help individuals build skills and increase independence.

Requirements

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral support needs
• Passion for helping others and treating people with dignity and respect
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to problem solve and adapt to different client needs
• Comfort working independently in the community
