Requirements

• Providing supervision of Direct Care staff and coverage coordination
• Training and supervision of staff
• Manages and monitor client finances within required time frames
• Serve as liaison with service coordinators, families, other agencies, and internal staff
• Manages client caseloads, weekly review of client charts/records, and monitoring daily shift notes
