Direct Care Staff

We are seeking a Direct Care Staff to join our team at Spread Your Wings, LLC. The successful candidate will assist clients with building independent living skills, encourage and support clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges, and provide consistent documentation of progress. Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Able to work in the Ukiah area
• Able to pass a background check
• Digital literacy in MS Word, email, and basic data entry
• Comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings
