Direct Care Staff- Graveyard shift

We are hiring for a Full Time Direct Care Staff position in Anaheim, CA. The successful candidate will provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges. Key responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, encouraging good hygiene and behavior, and documenting progress through case notes.

Requirements

• Able to pass a background check
• Have a passion for helping others and believe in treating people with dignity and respect
• Can problem solve and adapt to different client needs
• Are a strong communicator and dependable
• Are comfortable working independently in one-on-one settings
• Have experience working in a similar role or field (preferred, not required)
• Are willing to learn and grow in this role
