Job Description
We're hiring full-time Direct Support Staff in Lake Forest & Mission Viejo, CA. You'll provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavioral challenges, assisting with daily activities and promoting goal achievement. Must be passionate about helping others, able to problem solve, and communicate effectively.
Requirements
- Background check required
- High school degree
- 1+ years of experience working in a similar role or field (preferred)
