The Merch Tech Lead serves as the technical leader who owns key business outcomes and drives them by leading execution across the entire technology stack.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in data platform engineering, backend systems, and front-end application development
- Proven ability to design rapid experiments and scale up successful experiments
- Strong communication with various types of stakeholders
- Experience in B2B and e-commerce would be preferred
- Ability to mentor and develop engineers at multiple levels
